Amtrak e-tickets can now be added to Apple’s Passbook app.
Originally released for iPhone in 2011, the free Amtrak app gives riders the ability to plan and book travel, check the status of trains, modify reservations, and more. Version 1.3 offers Passbook e-tickets, which can be shown and scanned by conductors onboard trains nationwide.
