A little over a month after its launch in the App Store, video sharing appGivit has just been given a nice, substantial update.
Givit, which is powered by the same video sharing technology behind the now defunct Flip Camera, is an iPhone app that lets you highlight videos.
That is to say, it lets you highlight significant parts in videos so that you can stitch them together into a single video. This resulting video can then be shared through Facebook, YouTube, or email.
The latest update to Givit, which is already its fourth overall update but only its first major one, improves the app’s live highlighting capability.
In the new version of Givit, you can now clip, share, and send videos all while in the process of recording.

The new version also features an updated interface for instant clipping while live recording.
It also lets you use the volume up and down hardware buttons to highlight your videos. This way, which is a good alternative to onscreen tapping, you get to have an unobstructed view of your scenes while recording and highlighting.
The updated app also includes one-tap sharing, anti-shake recording, and multiple Facebook account support.
