Have A Happy Hurdleween With Retro-Inspired Arcade Game Hurdle Turtle

Have A Happy Hurdleween With Retro-Inspired Arcade Game Hurdle Turtle

Hurdle Turtle is on the right track toward a great trick-or-treating time with its latest update.
Hurdle Turtle is a retro-style pixelated game inspired by the NES track and field games of yore.
In the game, you play as the titular slow-moving reptile as you jump over hurdles and other obstacles along various tracks.
To jump, you just have to tap the button on the right, which happens to be clearly labeled with “JUMP.” And to move up, down, forward, and backward, you have to use the directional pad on the left.
The controls are pretty easy, but that doesn’t mean that the game itself is tiresomely so.

Hurdle Turtle actually offers addictive arcade gameplay, whether in single-player or real-time multiplayer mode. It also features an energetic chiptune soundtrack.
What’s more, you can customize your athletic avatar by choosing from a number of turtles, differently designed pixel by pixel.
In fact, four brand new turtles are included in Hurdle Turtle’s Halloween update:
For more Hallowe’en thrills and chills, we’ve added The Classic ‘Ween Pack… for free! Included are four brand new turtles, featuring some favorite spooOOOooky Halloween haunts!
All new turtles come unlocked and ready to go – all through the darkest, stormiest nights!
Designed for iPhone, but not yet optimized for iPhone 5, Hurdle Turtle is available in the App Store for $0.99.
Happy Hurdleween!
