IMO, Imo Messenger’s New Design And Group Photo Sharing Feature Are Great

The popular instant messaging iPhone app imo messenger has just received a big makeover. And it is looking mighty fine.
Released in December 2009, imo messenger is an instant messaging tool that works with a variety of social networks and chatting platforms. The app supports Faceboook Chat, Google Talk, Skype, MSN, ICQ, AIM, Yahoo! Messenger, Jabber, Hyves, VKontakte, and Steam.
Arriving exactly three months after its much-awaited voice calling update, the app’s latest update includes a new user interface and a new group photo sharing feature.
Unsurprisingly, the new version of imo messenger, which is fully iOS 6-compatible, is already optimized for iPhone 5. But that’s far from being the aforementioned “new user interface.”
Rather, the new user interface in question refers to the new streamlined design of imo messenger.
Now having only one tab, imo messenger bears a design that conveniently combines all open messages and contacts for faster chatting.

The app now also sports a new menu that includes your accounts, settings, and status. To navigate from your contacts and conversations to the menu, just perform a quick swipe to the right.
And as a nice, little bonus, the app’s new design features a color-changing status indicator bar. This bar changes color based on your current status in the messaging tab and your contacts status in chat windows.
As mentioned, along with the app’s new design comes a new group photo sharing feature.
With this new feature, you can now upload and share images to your chat groups in imo messenger. You can even take advantage of the app’s real-time upload capability after you take photos in quick succession.
IMO, it’s an instant messaging app that you ought to be downloading this instant.
