Just a couple of weeks after its launch in the App Store, Jump Out! Holidays has already jumped into its first major update. Jump Out! Holidays is to the original Jump Out as Angry Birds Seasons is to the original Angry Birds. That is to say, Jump Out! Holidays is the separate “seasonal” edition of Jump Out!. When it debuted in the App Store at the end of last month, Jump Out! Holidays rather predictably highlighted the fact that it features Halloween-themed levels. But right now, it also features levels inspired by Christmas, which is just a little over a month away. Additionally, it contains tutorial and trophy levels. But how do you play these levels anyway? The App Store description for Jump Out! Holidays actually doesn’t say how: Five little bugs sitting on a gate The first one said, “My it’s getting late!” The second one said, “There are witches in the air!” The third one said, “Good folk, beware!” The fourth one said, “We’ll run and run!” The fifth one said, “Let’s have some fun!” “WOOOOOOOH”, went the wind, and OUT went the light; And the five little bugs rolled out of sight! If you can’t see the video embedded above, please click here. To cut to the chase … Jump Out! Holidays, just like Jump Out!, is a physics-based puzzle game where you have to help bugs jump out of the environments they’re stuck in. It has that charming and colorful Cut the Rope-y feel to it. And it also challenges you to go beyond the call of duty and collect three stars in every level. As mentioned, Jump Out! Holidays has just received its first major update. And with it comes native iPad support. Originally an iPhone-only game, Jump Out! Holidays now works at full resolution on the iPad and the iPad mini. The update also delivers a new soundtrack and some graphical improvements. Now compatible with both iPhone and iPad, Jump Out! Holidays is available in the App Store for free. Download it now and jump in on the fun.

Tag Faces, Eliminate Red-Eye And Do Much More With Adobe Photoshop Express

Adobe Photoshop Express, the basic but nonetheless useful photo editing app for iOS from Adobe, has just received another major update.
This new major update comes five months after the last one.
The last major update added a new effects pack while enhancing the app’s existing border pack. In addition, it added Tumblr and Twitter sharing while enhancing the app’s support for Facebook and Flickr. A few editing enhancements were included as well.
Essentially, the new update to Adobe Photoshop Express further improves on the sharing and editing features of the app.
On the sharing front, Adobe Photoshop Express now lets you tag faces while sharing photos to Facebook. Just tap the new “Add Face Tag” tab in the Facebook sharing screen, tap a face, enter the name of your friend to whom that face belongs, and that’s it.
Speaking of sharing screen, Adobe Photoshop Express now also has updated sharing screens not only for Facebook but also for Twitter, Tumblr, and, of course, Photoshop Express. Apparently, support for Flickr sharing has been removed in the app.

Now, on the editing front, the app has gained a simple one-tap function for eliminating the undesirable red-eye effect in photos.
Also, the adjustment sliders now display numerical values to aid you in making more precise edits.
Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad running iOS 4.3 or later, the new version of Adobe Photoshop Express is available now in the App Store for free.
The updated app also includes iOS 6 compatibility, animated help content, bug fixes, performance boosts, and in-app notifications.
