This shouldn’t come as a surprise and, to be honest, for those affected, it probably isn’t that important. However, for those in areas most affected by Hurricane Sandy, know that iPad preorders will almost certainly not be delivered on time.

FedEx and UPS have posted service alerts. Specifically, New Jersey and New York customers are most likely not to receive their preorders tomorrow, Nov. 2. However, shipping delays may also occur in Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia.
