Today’s Best Apps: Citybot, Cope And More

Today’s Best Apps features the most promising releases from the last 24 hours. Thousands of apps get approved by Apple daily and we hand-select what we think are the new potential gems that we’re considering for review each day.

Universal:

Citybot by Citybot, Inc. (Free, 9.0 MB): Citybot is a personalized travel guide for iOS. Once you tell the app the kind of activities you are interested in it will create a personalized schedule for you. The app will tell you how to get to your destination and when you will arrive. The app will only share activities that get the best ratings and recommendations. At the time of writing this, the app only supports San Diego and San Francisico.

iPhone:

Cope by Timix App Studio ($0.99, 12.1 MB): Cope is a beautifully designed weather forecasting app for the iPhone. The app offers a 3-D cube interface so you can easily browse through the weather. You can see five day forecasts of your current location or any city you have added to the app. The app also tells you the air temperature, wind, humidity, and visibility information.
Quick Route by Excited Pixel ($2.99, 3.6 MB): Quick Route is a navigation app for the iPhone. The app allows you to search for addresses and businesses that you can find with Google. The app allows you to automatically route directions from where you currently are to your desintation. It will also notify you if you get lost. The app features four types of directions: biking, walking, transit, and driving.
That’s it for today. Did we miss anything?
