TuneIn Radio has just picked up the signal on an all new update.
Listed in the AppAdvice AppGuide for the Best iOS Radio Apps, TuneIn Radio offers tens of thousands of radio stations and millions of radio shows. These stations and shows let you listen to music, sports, and news from various sources around the world.
The latest update to TuneIn Radio is said to have been issued so as to “bring the world’s music, sports and news to you faster.”
Plus, on the particular subject of sports, the update provides access to all post-season baseball games (including the World Series) and selected college bowl games.

The updated TuneIn Radio also includes some seasonal add-ons with the availability of hundreds of Halloween- and Christmas-themed stations.
In addition, it includes support for native Facebook integration on iOS 6 and optimization for iPhone 5.
Furthermore, album artwork and station info of the currently playing track in TuneIn Radio are now displayed on your iDevice’s lock screen. This lets you easily see what’s playing even after your device has gone to sleep.
Designed for both iPhone and iPad, TuneIn Radio is available in the App Store for free. TuneIn Radio Pro, which allows you to record any station for playback later, is also available for $0.99.
