WordPress Blog Editor Poster Offers Improved Accessibility With Latest Update

Poster, easily one of the best WordPress blog editors on iOS, has received another notable update.........................

Admittedly, the latest Poster update doesn’t introduce a big new feature. What it does do, though, is introduce a set of font improvements to increase the app’s accessibility.
First and foremost, Poster now supports the OpenDyslexic font by Abelardo Gonzalez.
Not familiar with this font? It was previously included in an update toInstapaper last September, about which Marco Arment, the creator of thepopular read-later appwrote:
Its bottom-weighted characters are designed to reduce letter-swapping and increase differentiation between similar-looking letters, which improves readability for people with dyslexia.
The latest update to Poster also increases the maximum font sizes for better readability. It also makes all fonts available on both iPad and iPhone and adds a new font selection method on iPhone.
Outside its accessibility improvements, the update also adds a new method for setting featured images. This method prevents image tags from being inserted within the post.
Bug fixes and localization optimizations are included in the update as well.
This new update brings Poster to version 2.1. To learn more about Poster 2.0, which was released last January, please see Topnotch WordPress Blogging App Poster Receives Huge 2.0 Update.
