Stezza, the iOS music player app created by independent developer Ricardo Santos, has finally received its universal update.......................
Stezza was released on iOS four months ago as an app optimized for iPhone and iPod touch only. But through its latest update, the app has been made universal and natively compatible with iPad. As Santos puts it, the new iPad edition of Stezza offers the “same stuff, now tabletized.”
In addition to universal support, the latest update to Stezza brings a number of other improvements:
- playlist ordering no longer alphabetical (shoutout to Guy and JD)
- slider for track position (for all the seekers in the house)
- updated settings menu
- removed annoying piano sounds when changing theme
- added setting to turn off button sounds (suggested by Silvis and Enrico and others)
- tile color option to match artwork (its the one after the two greys – suggested by Steven rogers)
- standard ordering of music picker tabs (some people don’t like change)
- 10% more pizzaz
Now optimized for iPad as well as iPhone and iPod touch, Stezza is available in the App Store $0.99.
Stezza is a music player app that’s designed with style and built for ease. Proof of the former is its simple Metro-esque interface including large and easy-to-tap control buttons, which, in turn, are proof of the latter.
