Frankly, I find it hard to believe that it actually took this long. But, hey, it’s finally here! The official Temple Run store, that is.
Angry Birds, Fruit Ninja, and Cut the Rope have already branched out into offering various types of licensed merchandise. And now, another iOS gaming title in the form of Temple Run is following suit.
Temple Run is, of course, the immensely popular endless running game created by Imangi Studios. Indeed, it has proved so popular that it has spun off into a Disney move tie-in and “inspired” a myriad of other endless running games.
And now, it has given rise to a store that lets you wear your love for the game with special Temple Run shirts. The store also offers Temple Run-themed wallets, mugs, field bags, iPod touch cases, and iPad sleeves, among others.
And since it’s powered by CafePress, “The World’s Customization Engine,” the store lets you customize your selected merchandise. You can choose from different designs featuring the game’s endlessly running characters and the evil demon monkeys that are out to get them.
